@cc_simi Yeah and early programming was writing 1s and 0s— on paper —before compilers existed. And I’m sure the same people argued that using the first programming languages wasn’t “real programming” either.
@BarefootStudent This isn’t quite true. AI adoption is still investor-subsidized. It doesn’t yet generate enough revenue to fund its own R&D, so higher B2B/B2C pricing is inevitable. Casual use will fade. New roles will emerge (prompt engineers). For devs: AI is a new language—not a replacement.
