I’ve been a RR member for a long time. Always appreciated the LUV. Until 2day, Empty flight and could not move up to sit with my wife. Told new Policy won’t allow me too, since she is in premium seating. I mean, where’s the LUV? I guess loyalty gets no Rewards 2day
