This is a weapon I proposed in the logo, comrade Floyd said nope a pen, I said a pen will mean we are uncreative and we are copying the ANCYL, then the Commander in Chief @Julius_S_Malema intervened by saying let's rather use the spear and that's how the spear ended up in EFF flag. People want to make comrade Julius as if he contributed nothing when I propose our minerals within the logo, using colours of these minerals, it was Comrade president Malema who said instead of using colours why not a shaft! So people must never undermine the intelligence and the contribution of President Malema in the EFF. He choose not to blow his own horn but people must not use his silence to mislead the public.

Helen Zille says part of the deal is that they will not vote against Ramaphosa in a no confidence motion related to the Phala Phala matter.

This is unconstitutional and she may have spilt a critical secret piece of information by mistake.

Let me explain.

The GNU deal itself which I have read does not mention blanket protection people from no confidence votes. Otherwise it would unlawful and unreasonable. Even if such a backdoor deal exists in a verbal contract it is still unconstitutional. This could make the whole GNU contract null and void.

The constitution has clear guidelines that stipulate what qualifies as unconstitutional conduct from the president. All members of parliament must apply their minds and honor their oath when they make every vote as public representatives . That means if something comes up they can’t refuse to vote a particular way because of a back room deal.

Several judgements have pointed out that the duty is to the public and not to the party. When there is a conflict the members of parliament must choose the public and uphold their oath.

How can you say you are defending the constitution when you are making deals that are against the constitution.
