@Emil_2023@KelFO12@akeivi_official That's not completely true. Alot of the population has genes that affect the folate cycle which in turn affects B12 usage/ absorbtion etc
A simple dietary change could completely reverse the dementia-like decline. .
A medical case report published in BMJ Case Reports outlines the dramatic recovery of a 61-year-old woman who lived with a misdiagnosis of dementia for five years. The patient had exhibited severe behavioral changes, psychotic hallucinations, and seizures. Her family observed her talking to spirits and walking naked in public. Initial neurological testing and CT scans showed no typical abnormalities, leading doctors to treat her with standard anti-seizure medication while her cognitive decline worsened. However, when she was referred to psychiatry specialists in Lisbon, a routine blood test revealed the root of her severe neurological distress was not an irreversible brain disease, but an extreme vitamin B12 deficiency.
The deficiency had triggered pernicious anemia, hindering her body's ability to produce healthy red blood cells and damaging the protective myelin sheath around her spinal cord. Following targeted B12 injections and antipsychotic therapy, the patient made a stunning and complete recovery. Her speech became coherent, her psychosis disappeared, and she regained full independence in her daily life. While cognitive decline paired with seizures is an incredibly rare presentation of vitamin B12 deficiency, doctors urge clinicians to rule out vitamin levels in patients presenting with unexplained cognitive deterioration, noting that even prolonged neurological damage can sometimes be entirely reversed.

A negative intrinsic factor and parietal cell antibody panel doesn't clear you. PPIs, metformin, H. pylori, age-related atrophic gastritis, and nitrous oxide can all crash B12 with zero autoimmune involvement at all. https://t.co/EMJHQCZGc5
Wellstar. Six months of documented internal bleeding from an undiagnosed intestinal tumor while the medical record had him labeled psychiatric instead of physically ill, the same record a doctor had already written 'hypochondriac' into https://t.co/AsYZpEs9Nq
HNMT which clears histamine systemically, needs B12, folate, magnesium, and zinc as cofactors, while DAO, which clears it in the gut, needs vitamin C, B6, copper, and manganese. B12 deficiency can knock out the cofactors for both clearance pathways at once https://t.co/H9H6y1j3p4
There's no toxicity ceiling for B12, your kidneys just clear the excess, but when severe deficiency corrects fast it can pull potassium into new red blood cells hard enough that the FDA label carries a hypokalemia warning https://t.co/vYVIITEAwz
B12 is the required cofactor for methionine synthase, which makes SAM-e, the only fuel HNMT has to clear histamine. No B12 means no clearance, and that single bottleneck may explain a lot of the overlap between MCAS, SIBO, and unexplained cardiac events. https://t.co/3EpEjs2qy3
Functional B12 deficiency can make your body overproduce norepinephrine precursors up to 30-fold trying to compensate, which is why standard antihistamines never touch the real problem. https://t.co/zOD52Diudf
A 1988 NEJM study found 28% of patients with neuropsychiatric B12 deficiency had no anemia at all. Standard bloodwork misses this all the time. https://t.co/vVs9rACZrz
Wellstar missed intestinal tumor, a psych ward admission while I was bleeding internally, and a chart that called me a hypochondriac before I ever walked back through the door. https://t.co/ROKa4r7yha
Copper deficiency causes the same nerve damage and spinal cord changes as B12 deficiency, and it's almost never tested for. If you have pernicious anemia, MTHFR or low stomach acid, get your copper and ceruloplasmin checked alongside B12. https://t.co/Jb0uPLJ2df
I spent years searching for answers while being told it was anxiety, stress, or trauma. This article documents what I learned about B12 deficiency, pernicious anemia, MTHFR, methylation, and recovery. Read, question, and share. https://t.co/KRu8RVtGbP

Ever heard of the 'Axon Lightpost?'
It’s a networked surveillance node with microphones, cameras, and real‑time feeds. Flock tracks plates, Axon LP tracks everything around them.
