@coachgkap @TheDunkCentral @TMZ I am sure the bike had lights. I know the family and they would never let him ride otherwise. Also, JS was 0.11 at 12:45am when he was tested. That is almost 4 hours after the incident. And he had to have been speeding and/or distracted as well to not have seen the cyclist.
