What a crock of baloney from @NYCACC, so they can take his life? I read his notes, MACC stated his reaction on intake, horrible notes depicting a dog not at all like a gentle dog, giving a paw. Waiting gently for a treat.
Look at his video, falsely describing Nomel in their haste to take his life!! Shameful org out of control!
Nomel also has an opacity of his left eye which could be without sight or possible ulcer deeper in the eye.
