@TeamYouTube Started through YouTube tv and then had to do it through the website. Now when I go to my billing itโs just says to manage the app and does not give me the option to cancel
@MillerAndCondon can we discuss the big 12 being overrated and how they scheme their net ranking so their conference games are all quad 1/2 and then how they under performed in the tourney because of it on Tuesday
Take a look at Mr. JBR for reference. Thanks!
The one conference I continue to be fascinated to see how the committee handles is the Big 12. Outside of Houston and Kansas - very little to show for the league in the non conference in terms of quality wins, but they collectively performed well in Quad 3+4 games to boost up their NET rankings.
Lets take a look - sorted generally from most egregious to least egregious:
1) Cincinnati - Played two NET Top 100 teams, went 0-2. As of 1/6: #37 NET, SOS #299
2) TCU - Played two NET Top 100 teams, went 0-2. As of 1/6: NET #41, SOS #294
3) Iowa State - Played two NET Top 60 teams, went 0-2. As of 1/6: NET #9, SOS #320.
4) BYU - Played two NET Top 75 teams, went 1-1, beat San Diego State at home. As of 1/6: NET #3, SOS #257.
5) Texas - Played two NET Top 75 teams, went 0-2. As of 1/6: NET #51, SOS #262
6) Texas Tech - Played two NET Top 75 teams, went 0-2. As of 1/6: NET #53, SOS #298.
7) UCF - Played two NET Top 100 teams, went 0-2. As of 1/6: #70 NET, SOS #330
8) Oklahoma - Played two NET Top 60 teams, went 1-1, beat Providence at home. As of 1/6: NET #28, SOS #291
9) Kansas State - Played four NET Top 75 teams, went 2-2, best win home vs 'Nova in OT. As of 1/6: NET #94, SOS #233
10) Baylor - Played four NET Top 60 teams, went 2-2, best win neutral vs Auburn. As of 1/6: NET #16, SOS #96
#11) Houston - Played four NET Top 100 teams, went 4-0, best win neutral vs Dayton. As of 1/6: NET #1, SOS #136
#12) Kansas - Played four NET Top 75 teams, went 3-1, best win neutral vs Tennessee. As of 1/6: NET #11, SOS #45.
Oklahoma State (1/6 NET #126) and WVU (1/6 NET #154) we know are bad and were ranked accordingly.
The Top 7 schools listed above combined for just 1 win vs the NET Top 60 in 14 chances, yet every game played on the road versus these teams at the start of conference play was considered a Quad 1 win (as well as home games vs BYU and Iowa State)... As these teams continue facing off against each other, and no more non-conference games remaining, they will become an insulated bubble of constant Quad 1/2 games against each other despite very little wins of substance outside of Big 12 league play (with exception of course for Kansas, Houston and Baylor).
TCU, Iowa State, Texas, Texas Tech, and Oklahoma are all currently in the projected at-large field despite not a single win vs a tournament team. I have no idea how committee will evaluate this, but I am very curious to see it play out.
@BiggerTen are you guys going to pod about the BIG Ten Networks preseason Camp tour again and what they say and how you interpreted that? Always look forward to that episode.
