@DrinkThanks@cptdankkk OKC has never offered Gary or Shawn to retire their jerseys. Collison’s was retired bc he’s the only player who played for OKC from the time they moved in 2008 until he retired in 2018. His nickname is literally “Mr. Thunder”.
@DrinkThanks@cptdankkk Seattle still retains the Sonics history for when they get a franchise back so no chance OKC tried to do that anyway. There’s a reason our only banners are from after the move to OKC and our only retired number is Nick Collison who played most of his career in OKC
@nuggetsfan4ever Weird, I’ve only seen people being excited about Spencer on OKC twitter. The only negative things I’ve seen have been from nuggets fans saying losing him isn’t a big deal
USA Basketball is expected to name Oklahoma City's Mark Daigneault, Detroit's JB Bickerstaff and Gonzaga's Mark Few as assistant coaches for national team coach Erik Spoelstra's staff, sources tell ESPN.
@Coopz___ A lot of it might stem from the height disparity. Kareem jr is like 8” shorter than his dad, Bill was a 7’ Center & Luke is a 6’8” pf, MJ was a 6’6” athletic freak, Jeffrey is 6’1”. Probably hard to teach the skills necessary to guys who aren’t physically or positionally the same
@MVC_CoachBryson I’d have some grace if they were 19 or 20 but they didn’t really look any better than the undrafted g league guys out there at 23 and 21 years old lol just kinda disappointing
@MVC_CoachBryson A 7’3” 3 year college player that can’t rebound, screen or move well is disappointing for how high he was picked. Stirtz played 4 years of college as a primary ball handler and struggles handling the ball without ball screens and doesn’t guard well. 2 top 16 picks looked average
@CoppingerJess@Justintohoops It’s basically just a cleanup procedure. This is like one of the last stages of recovery from the acl tear last year. He didn’t get reinjured
