9 years sober today for my wife, @britthorschel. Amazing to see the transformation over the last 9 years. So proud of her!! 💪❤️

The message I have for anyone who is struggling with addiction is, it’s possible. Millions of ppl have made the choice before you, that they are tired of letting their addiction ruin their life and that they want to live a sober lifestyle now. There’s groups, rehabs, therapists, wherever you live that will help you get sober. But you have to take the first step on the path of sobriety.

Wherever I go, I come across people that let me know that they are sober. And they tell me it’s the best decision they ever made for themelves. They are living a healthier lifestyle, enjoying life now more than ever before. It’s amazing to hear their stories and how many days, months, years that they have been sober.

So it’s possible! You and only you, can take that first step! Then there will be people willing to take the continuous steps with you after.
