Wow this is insane. It appears John Deere’s code of conduct makes employees promise to snitch on other employees if they feel that they’ve violated a DEI policy. These complaints go to legal, HR, management or a special phone hotline.

All employees MUST agree to support DEI in the @JohnDeere code of conduct. More than half the country sees DEI as a clear Trojan horse for left wing values and they oppose it…

What does it say about @JohnDeere that they want to force all of their employees to support divisive DEI policies? This violates the core values of MANY employees. #AgTwitter

If you have an issue with this, customers can voice their disagreement (respectfully) to both [email protected] and by phone at 800-537-8233 (press option 2). Employees can’t risk losing their jobs so this is up to customers.
