I just called to see, and they are not extending that cost to existing customers. VERY disappointing, considering I am not on a contract. This isn't how you keep good customers!

@Ask_Spectrum Spectrum Mobile is treating existing customers shabbily by charging us $45 a line for 2 or more lines of unlimited while new customers pay $29.99. It’s an incentive for us to switch to competitors. Do you plan to offer $29.99 to existing customers?
