Exactly 8 months ago to the day, I sold my restaurant brand and set out on a mission to change the hospitality industry forever. When I was building Craft Pies Pizza Company, the #1 thing my partners and I struggled with was gaining access to the people, information, and resources that could help us make the most informed decisions possible. We felt alone and limited by our own knowledge, experience, and gut instincts on what to do and when.

But the crazy thing is, we weren’t alone. Millions of other restaurant owners, managers, chefs, and workers feel the exact same way we did. It's crazy to think that there wasn’t a place where everyone within the industry could come together to break bread. I mean, think about it. What if we could share ideas, learn from one another, offer to guide those in need, give feedback on the companies and people we do business with, and ultimately raise the standards for the way we treat our teams, serve our communities, and commit to our love of hospitality? That’s what Tipshare is.

Tipshare is more than just a platform for sharing information and resources within the hospitality industry. It's a community that celebrates the highs and lows that come with this industry. We understand the frustration that comes with a chaotic day and the relief of finally closing up shop. We know the feeling of triumph that comes with the final 'food in the window' after the tickets have printed to the floor, and the joy of seeing a satisfied customer's smile, because we've been there too.
