“Ray Sullivan died too young," @SenJackReed tweeted. "But he lived a full life – a life filled with family, friends, & purpose – a life that uplifted & empowered countless others..We can honor him by trying to help others the way Ray did his whole life.” https://t.co/3gxglnvlkd
I’m so struck by today’s outpouring - no other word for it - about Ray Sullivan. It clearly goes beyond him being only 44.
Ray wasn’t perfect - neither am I. Neither are you.
But all of us can try to be as decent toward as many people as Ray clearly was. https://t.co/8pkK501JIM
.@braddufault says a woman came up to @RaySullivan years later to express appreciation about how same-sex marriage passed in '13.
"After she walked away, he looked at me and said, 'That never gets old.' "

The outpouring of tributes today to my partner and good friend Ray Sullivan tells you all you need to know about him. He had an immeasurable impact on so many people's lives, including my own. Ray was one of one, and we will miss him dearly.
@IanDon@mjerzyk @ethangy @eniedowski I sat in those seats for game 6 of that series, Victorino grand slam. One of the best Sox games I’ve ever been to if not the best. No one left their seats for about a half hour after game ended.
