As we see with coaching turnover there is no perfect ingredients to the team recipe. Whatever option(s) they thought they had firing Thibs clearly evaporated so pull they necessary players in the room, provide them 3 coaching options that vibe well with the organization leadership and direction and let the players decide. When I say players, we all know the 3-5 players that should make that call.
