Be careful using @PayPal. Their Resolution Center protects scam artists. I tried to buy a camping chair (see pic) and got a cheap foot stool (2nd pic) from China. After 4 months my refund is contingent on sending the foot stool back to China at my cost.

Be careful when buying items using @PayPal. I bought a folding camping chair from @SolovelyUS and it turned out to be a scam. They sent me a cheap folding footrest. PayPal’s dispute process took 2 months and they denied my refund because the scammers sent me “something”

@United -I feel cheated- after cancelled flight, and rescheduled flight - no refund for Economy Plus fees. United claims reassigned seat was Economy Plus even though on board flight attendant said it was not. Is this how you treat your loyal customers?
