@Urinzaya_ Your dog is the issue, it can't be around other dogs. You don't need to leech dogs at a dog park yours did so you are the issue. I would have done a lot more to your dog then give it some light taps

@SpenceDysonFSU @dumbwaystodiei He didn't get a shock at all. Most likely is he passed out from getting up to quickly, or possibly a seizure due to fam movement. Definitely NOT a shock of any type.
