I've always wanted to create high-quality, not-for-profit applications that hospitals can utilise to improve services. The medical spellchecking API recently deployed is now live with a private hospital adopting it to check their clinical reports.

I'm working on a modern cloud native Downtime Solution for Hospitals to use during times of un/planned downtime. This week, I've been developing a DICOM C-STORE SCP (Service Class Provider), allowing XRAYS to be to be published to the downtime solution.

It's been a while since I posted. Anyway, I've built a thing, a medical spell checking API that health organisations can integrate to spell check their clinical documentation:

@hm_devx Looks like a perfect opportunity for clinicians to miss something vital!

As a dev manager, I don't get to write code often, but I'm currently working on a LIMS data migration for Genentics, which needs an NHS number validator.

So I've open-sourced my Go implementation as a DLL so it can be used in other languages like C#

@KevinGMayfield It's unbelievable how many times the same PDF document is stored across the health economy. Originating clinical system, TIE, Trust EDMS, regional share care record, Patient Engagement Platforms and GP systems. Will this API fix the store once, retrieve anyway problem?

My 13 year old son is really getting into woodworking; he's just carved this dolphin 🐬 out of a solid block of Sapele wood. He needs to set up an Esty store 🤣

@hm_devx There's no appetite for these technologies at the organisation level. Tried for years to get EPACCS going using them. Could have used them for unified meds, but alas, they tried to build a data orchestration sandwich instead.

It was an honour to play with this group of amazing people. I'm looking forward to playing at the nationals.

@hm_devx I'm a little surprised after you've been so openly critical of the ICB in your recent tweets. I wish you all the best, though. Good luck.

@hm_devx Nice. In what capacity?
