Even better - despite running on time, you have decided to run it fast from Norbiton to Waterloo. For my comfort and safety I guess. Or is it because you really don't care any more?
@SW_Help so the guard on the short formed service i am on has admitted this is because your clapped out stock is no longer servicable. Is this now company policy?
PS please join Bluesky so I don't have to come to this cesspit to contact you.
@swtrains_watch
@SW_Help at 18:38 your app was showing the 19:05 NEM TED as on time. By the time I had walked to NEM you had cancelled it. Did you really not know 2 mins before it was due to leave WAT?
@SW_Help is there any chance that your brand new timetable will allow you to run the 08:28 TED NEM because you haven't managed it for the last few weeks. Cancelled again today. @swtrains_watch
@SW_Help once again you have cancelled the 08:28 TED to NML after initially just being "delayed"
I should open a book on the number of times it will run on time again before 2025
@SW_Help So no services between TED and NEM again. Everything either cancelled or delayed. How do I get a refund for the unresolved journey that will now be on my credit card?
@swtrains_watch@EdwardJDavey@SW_Help Oh sure. Fixed-fee: is there any penalty for short formed, cancelled or delayed services, or do SWR get the same whether they run the trains or not? My guess is the latter - they don't appear very incentivised
@EdwardJDavey every day your constituents have to put up with cancellations, short and overcrowded trains, and a total lack of accountability from @SW_Help
Isn't it time the franchised was taken from these profiteers and run properly? @swtrains_watch
