@wendyknowler logged Saturday and clearly WFS doesnโt adhere to the FSCA South Africa code of conduct as no responses or acknowledgements received todate. I called yesterday to escalate why a manager still hasnโt called since Saturday and was assured i would get a call back and still waiting.
@wendyknowler I have had the worst CX with your WFS staff in each of the attached calls. When asking to escalate to a manager on duty I am told by all the agents that they all working from home so they home alone.
