@comcastbusiness Horrible customer service, been trying for weeks to cancel. Now I learn they "require" 30 days notice. We haven't been using their service since late March, they can clearly see that. Extortion by stating if you don't agree and pay a $70 termination fee..
...that the cancellation is not in effect and billing will continue. Let me add there is no way to cancel until you talk live with a person, try that during the day while you have a fulltime job, can't cancel by email, can't cancel by text. Certainly can't cancel by chat bot....
