Given how far Penso was from the Yedlin -Fafa play, i think giving her a look from the monitor would have been the way to go.

And not sending her to review the foul on free kick is horrendus

Rep. Upchurch says the language would describe and amendment that does not exist.

By a vote of 3-2 along party lines, Sen Gavarone's motion is approved. The working ballot language now says that @CitizenMapsOH would require*gerrymandering (despite the fact that it prohibits it).
