I am still here. I’m alive. I’ve been in survival mode since I was 8 years old after some awful shit happened to me by a neighbor. I am amazed how I am still here sometimes but I know it’s because of my therapist. I cannot thank her enough.

The last 12 months of my life have been a total mind fuck and really not fun. Divorce, find out she was cheating on me for a year during our marriage after the divorce, car accident, job loss, assaulted at a wrestling show, arm break, two deaths of friends within a month…..

I have still have been cocaine & MDMA free for 24 years today and alcohol free for over 14 months. Booze was never my problem so no big brag on that. I’ve had two suicide attempts in the past. Luckily with therapy and meds I don’t have those thoughts…
