@DonnaPrissyrn1 In February ‘24, I got sick for the first time in years. Took it easy for a few weeks. Then passed out one day. Was taken to hospital, and intubated for 3 weeks the following day. Plus another 4 weeks recovery. Apparently I had pneumonia. I never ever get sick. I’m unvaxed.

All banks hold interest over a property in fee simple. I would assume once a home is mortgage free, the fee simple holding would be transferred to the legal owner. Where as en-fef would mean they hold it as a tenant/trustee. (Cont…)

@AllBiteNoBark88 The reality is no body has owned anything since money was taken off the gold std’d. Money is defined as gold/silver. Without money (we use currency) we have no facility to purchase/own anything. Purchases are actually a transfer of right of use, all interest remains with crown

@AllBiteNoBark88 Actually let me correct myself, the banks are seen as grantor to a trust which they make your legal name trustee of. Thus, the property is held in fee simple by the owner (usufruct) while the bank holds all equitable interest as beneficiary to that property.

@AllBiteNoBark88 (…cont) However keep in mind, the BC is a legal entity which the govt holds all interest. So the Citizen has never truely held in fee simple, not since the Citizenship act (1949 I think) made all men & woman Citizens of the corporate Australia.

@AllBiteNoBark88 Putting aside the point that corporations can’t make laws. The law is very specific and does not leave doubt. So unless the restrictions prevent a specific action, just take a step back and look from a different angle.
