Celebrating over 200 years of the Champlain Canal, a vital waterway that connected Lake Champlain to the Hudson River & Erie Canal. Officially opened on Sept 7, 1823, it helped transport raw materials from Canada & the Adirondacks to southern NY, fueling commerce.
