@hart_jasond@RealMNchiefsfan Chiefs led the NFL in penalties in 2018 under EB, and had the same number of penalties as they do this season in 2020. The difference those offenses could overcome the penalties.
@J810Anderson Also, ESPN dropped the Chiefs two spots in their rankings after beating the previously #1 Lions. The best part about it, they had the Bills winning last night and Colts in the NFC. Not to mention, (not pictured) Chiefs at 4-2. AI writing at its best! (Since then they've updated.)
@KSeaboldt isn’t the Alvin Kamara suspension the best example? Had incident in Feb. 2022, there is video of the beating, and he wasn’t suspended until first three games of 2023?
@Swanee54 He’s upset they didn’t call Von Miller offsides on 3rd down. He even says that to the official, “Von is offsides,” as he walks to the sideline during the timeout before the 4th down play. Obviously incensed they called it on toney and not on Von.
@KSeaboldt At a certain point the blame has to shift to the front office. It's like putting a crappy reliever on the mound in high leverage situations and him blowing it again and again. The players are who they are. The team is punting on a Mahomes prime season.
@jbbrisco Why aren't we talking about what the Chiefs would have had to do to get under the cap, just to apply the tag? Is a middle of the road tackle worth rushing to cut or creating complications in the cap for multiple players worth doing? It doesn't seem like chicken. Seems responsible
@RealMNchiefsfan Everyone talks about a missed touchdown that wasn’t remotely close. But then conveniently forgets on the play just before this Kendall Fuller drops a game sealing interception. You can’t have one without the other.
