Yup. It’s pretty easy to run afoul of FINRA’s rules on communicating via social media, where casual or not fully thought-through statements can be easily misinterpreted… especially when you’re speaking as a company executive. Or that’s one of the hats you wear here.

@mtaibbi Do you have any insight into this? A family member-who put her mortgage into forbearance when Covid shut down her restaurant was just notified she must pay it all back foreclosure in 30 days. It’s anew mortgage co - mortgage was sold during the time.
