Ashutosh, till now I had restrained myself but let me unveil your conspiracy and sense of false pride.

When you were detained by Assam Police. We, Congress people helped to get CJP people out. Yet you categorically refused to have even a courtesy meeting with our Congress Leaders and Gaurav Sir.

You refused it because the Aam Aadmi Party asked you to not to. Kunki Chowdhury who was your Host in Guwahati, was on Election Campaign with AJP President Lurin Gogoi Da for a Congress Candidate in Nagaon. Even they had asked you to meet and discuss with Congress. Yet not once, you chose to engage with Congress or our students wing.

You asked us to stay out of it. And that it is a Aam Aadmi Party initiative.

So please stop your false charad. We know how you sidelined Neha Bora in the Jantar Mantar 1.0 protests and when even Left chose to engage with our Leader Rahul Gandhi Ji. You decided you will not engage under direct instructions of Arvind Kejriwal.

It is one thing to stand for student issues. Another thing to hijack a movement. Aam Aadmi Party is known for piggy riding and hijacking issues of others.

First with your sham show of India against Corruption with fraud Anna Hazare. Next when, Sonam Wangchuk Sir was on hunger strike, you guys were dormant until his police pick up. And when all students associations were protesting equivocally, you tried to make it all about CJP being an AAP Movement thereafter.

Let me remind you, CJP is a people's movement. It is not an Aam Aadmi Party intellectual property. CJI made a comment. Dipke made a joke. Students connected. We all came out in protest. CJP is neither Dipke or Your personal property. Neither it is Aam Aadmi Party outreach. Their is no ownership or proprietorship of CJP.

Let us keep it civil and issue centric. The cause is bigger than a political party. Stop using CJP to create a false relaunch of Arvind Kejriwal and make it all about yourself.

CJP is a decentralised movement. There is no one Supreme Leader or his hierarchy. We all are equals. That is why people support it.

Try to impose your ownership upon it. And see that the same occurs to those people that happened with Burger King Vijeta Dahiya.

VIDEO | Delhi: AAP national spokesperson Priyanka Kakkar joins Congress, says, "If there is one leader who is not afraid to promote his ideas, it is Rahul Gandhi. I observed that he is the only leader who has not shed tears for the cameras. He is the only leader today who has not done that. He is resilient. I have seen how he was humiliated and how an entire machinery was deployed to put him down. But Rahul Gandhi and the Congress remained resilient. Their authenticity is their soul. I saw that there is a soul in this party as well, which I found missing in other parties. And I say this from lived experience. There was a time when it was said that AAP would not take a bungalow or a car. But later, choppers started being used for private travel, and I could no longer defend the indefensible. I drew a line when I saw that the Aam Aadmi Party, which at one point had attracted people with great substance and intelligence, was unable to retain them. Who are the people being brought in now? New people who have not even worked at the booth level are being brought from Rajasthan and given senior positions in Punjab, along with bungalows and cars. How long can I defend the indefensible? I also saw how Rahul Gandhi has continuously launched a campaign against traitor Gyanesh Kumar. He has made everyone, including us, aware of this issue. We have to make the public aware of how, according to him, our only voting right is being stolen by Gyanesh Kumar and put into PM Modi's account. This has to stop. Therefore, we must all come together now to support the Congress and support Rahul Gandhi in his authentic fight to keep the idea of India alive."

Across the country, people are fighting for their rights - and too often, fighting alone.

Gen Z, students, farmers, Adivasis, Dalits, women - every struggle has its own story. But a lone voice is often easier to silence.

‘Satyagraha’ is an initiative to bring these voices together on one map.

Bapu taught us that truth is our greatest weapon. But an even greater weapon is standing together with the truth.

If you too are fighting against any injustice, share your story. It will take just two minutes.

Your story will find a place on the Satyagraha map. You’ll see who else, like you, is fighting their own battle.

And I will do whatever I can - in Parliament, on the streets, through letters, wherever I am needed - to stand with you. As the Leader of the Opposition, that is my responsibility.

Tell me the story of your Satyagraha here:

EC has made a giant mistake in trying to find a middle ground by re-adding deleted voters through Form 6 without revoking SIR.

This is unconstitutional, statutorily infirm, procedurally perverse, legally untenable and potentially criminal.

Why?
Form 6 asks applicants to make a declaration that their name was not included before in the electoral roll from any other constituency, i.e, an appeal to include one's name for the first time. That effectively means asking voters whose names were deleted to make a false declaration about their previous enrollment, simply because Mr. Gyanesh Kumar wanted to carry out a botched exercise called SIR.

Under Section 31 of the Representation of the People Act, 1950, making a false declaration in connection with the preparation, revision, or correction of an electoral roll is a criminal offence punishable with imprisonment for up to one year, or with a fine, or both.

It is a no brainer that this entire contrivance will be pulled up by the courts.

What an extraordinary mess the EC has created.

[M K Venu @mkvenu1]

Former Chief Election Commisioner(CEC) S.Y.Quraishi, known for his integrity, says Form 6 is meant to be filled only by new voters not deleted voters. It is punishable by 1 year prison sentence to make deleted voters fill form 6 now. Election Commision is abetting to crime by creating this arrangement. It is merely covering up its orginal crime of illegal deletions by an illegal remedy!

'CEC and Other Election Commissioners Act, 2023' along with establishing a 3 person committee out of which 2 people are from the govt also provides legal immunity to the Election Commissioner. Gyanesh was appointed by 2 out of 3 votes of Modi & Shah.

✂️ Votechori allegations of systematically deleting voters that don't serve the votebanks of our ruling govt like muslims & women in the Bengal Elections. Where a roll revision (SIR) was conducted a month before the elections giving unfair time for ones flagged to apeal.

🌋 Centralizing voter roll data that the EROs (Electoral Regional Officers) and BLOs (Booth level Officers) lose accessibility and are unable to verify voters ends up giving disproportionate power to the Chief Election Commissioner to decide who goes or not on the voter list. Multiple reports of officers not being able to access ER-net the so called 'digital' india software that is supposed to streamline election process

🤞 The people not on the voter list not only lose their voting rights but also lose access to the welfare schemes these are usually the ones already are underprivileged enough to not have documents like birth certificates and hence end up being treated as a second class citizen.

🤦‍♀️ All these along with shady incidents of

EC intentionally giving non-machine readable voter data, - Govt building with 4000 EVMs catching fire,

Booth CCTV footage denial and new 45day deletion rule

Are the core of democracy 'ELECTIONS' are being rigged?????
