I worked on this Daytime Emmy's, after the show Fred Rogers wanted a cab instead of fancy town car. I flagged one down on 6th Ave. cabbie said: 'I'm off-duty' when I said it was was for 'Mr Rogers' his eyes went wide w joy & he exclaimed in a thick accent 'It would be my honor'🙏
