Brain Failures

I like to point out brain failures, mostly my own.

Leftish pinko, DBA, geek.

Pro-2A, RCV, UBI, UHC.

No chill for intentional ignorance.

[Brain Failures @BrainFailures]

@PatriotWheel @America_1777 "the only thing you can't do is shoot them in the back."

Hey, guess what this video shows.

[Brain Failures @BrainFailures]

@eperlste Oh, look, another idiot claiming AGI is here.

AGI is not here. An LLM cannot become AGI. LLMs are fancy next-word-guessers, exactly like your phone offers in text messages... just with more data.

AGI requires *knowledge*. LLMs do not know anything.

Get help.

[Brain Failures @BrainFailures]

@s_wondering @MasterDebatable @downinnadesert Then show the data counter to the statistics found thus far.

You'll win accolades!

[Brain Failures @BrainFailures]

@s_wondering @MasterDebatable @downinnadesert Once a rider, always a rider, princess.

Anecdotes are not evidence. Statistical data is. Rider deaths and injuries drop substantially when filtering/splitting rules are implemented. It is a K N O W N fact.

[Brain Failures @BrainFailures]

@s_wondering @MasterDebatable @downinnadesert Your personal anecdotes do not counter real data. Rider deaths and injuries are down where filtering/splitting is legal.

So, no, you cannot legitimately argue against it. There is no data to back your claim.

[Brain Failures @BrainFailures]

@tomaspueyo AGI isn't here, nowhere near here, and an LLM will never become AGI. It's just a high-end word-guesser, not unlike the predictive text a phone offers.

Anyone who says otherwise is full of shit or frightfully ignorant of how LLMs work.

[Brain Failures @BrainFailures]

@s_wondering @MasterDebatable @downinnadesert I used to ride, no more.

Lane Splitting is not Filtering.

Filtering is not Lane Splitting.

Both (controlled) lane splitting and filtering are statistically proven to be safer for riders. You cannot argue against this. It is a known fact.

[Brain Failures @BrainFailures]

@s_wondering @MasterDebatable @downinnadesert Since we only see one side of it, I assume the biker was in the right. I've personally seen numerous drivers get T'd off by bikes filtering to the front.

Not a citizen's job to play police.

[Brain Failures @BrainFailures]

@s_wondering @MasterDebatable @downinnadesert Except we know which state this is, and we know it's not lane splitting.

Keep up, princess. You're just making yourself look like more of a fool.

[Brain Failures @BrainFailures]

@s_wondering @MasterDebatable @downinnadesert This isn't lane-splitting. It's called filtering and is legal.

Confidently incorrect motherfuckers are annoying.

[Brain Failures @BrainFailures]

@wendell_thayne @BowTiedYanqui @HonkIfLost @alexboge 9/10 times, if someone says, "they" or some variation of such, you can immediately dismiss them.

This dipshit isn't here in good faith. Don't waste your time.

[Brain Failures @BrainFailures]

@Acemation_ Ah, yes. Elon Musk. The bastion of accurate predictions.

[Brain Failures @BrainFailures]

@MaxPayne0069 @PoliceThePolic1 No one would underwrite that. Stupid idea.

Take it out of their pensions and personal retirement accounts first, then the city can cover the gap.

You'll see them straighten the fuck up real fast.

[Brain Failures @BrainFailures]

@USArmySFC_1 @Favoritetrends2 Lawsuits won by the people against cops should drain their retirement and pension accounts first, before coming out of state coffers.

Do that and watch how fast policing straightens the fuck up.

[Brain Failures @BrainFailures]

@jazonuxlay @reversiblefigs Yes, you're justifying a pig throwing around a 70+ year old dude because said pig maybe had a bad day?

Absolutely, you're a bootlicker.

Being a cop isn't even a top-ten dangerous job, goober.

[Brain Failures @BrainFailures]

@jazonuxlay @reversiblefigs How do those boots taste?

[Brain Failures @BrainFailures]

@Enhle_Nozulu @North_Forebilth @Symply_rhoda1 It's compliance, not malicious compliance. Nothing malicious about following a rule stated to you.

[Brain Failures @BrainFailures]

@LucasSa56947288 Looks 20 years younger. Hair is mysteriously no longer stark white. He can suddenly smile.

[Brain Failures @BrainFailures]

@Mikey100200 @Parodyjeffx hey everyone, it's an internet tough guy!

[Brain Failures @BrainFailures]

@WheresWal11y @holisticnut33 There are no neurons firing in this fella's head. Asking him to think past his forehead will not yield any result.
