What kind of joke is this service? I requested delivery on June 1st — your team confirmed it twice. Now I’m told they “forgot” to inform the warehouse, and it’s pushed to June 2nd, a weekday when I can’t be home?
This is completely unacceptable.

@amazonIN i have been trying to return a product for the past week. It was supposed to be picked up on Oct 23 and no one showed up for it. Customer rescheduled it for 2day and again it’s a no show.
