@flyspicejet This wasn’t just one cancelled flight. Because of this, my Mumbai→Goa flight, Airbnb booking, entire itinerary have been disrupted. Customer care’s only response was “refund”. Is this really the level of hospitality and customer support @flyspicejet provides to its passengers?
