I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this. My own dad’s life was derailed by benzodiazepine “withdrawal”—which he took completely as prescribed. Apparently Gastrodia helps the body repair its own dopamine pathway/receptors.

NrF2 is important in mitochondrial function. Sulforaphane is being highlighted on socials right now for improving this pathway. But fermented broccoli sprouts (capsules) deliver sulforaphane in its natural form which is highly bioavailable (moreso than a sulphoraphane isolate would be).

Hate to throw out any solution as if it might be a bandaid for this catastrophic problem.
