Basically, will AB A act as weak 2nd AB for AB B and result in some staining for protein A where there is only protein B?

I want to do simultaneous double-staining immunofluorescence. If 1st antibody A is polyclonal and developed against a mouse protein, while 1st antibody B was developed in a mouse host, will antibody A cross-react with antibody B?

@DWSvenson Nah, I know the hosts have to be different species but my vague understanding of AB development has me worried that because AB A is polyclonal it will have some binding with AB B

- remember, Ph.D. is not a 24x7 job
