@DRMSambalpur Overcharging at Sambalpur Jn Use & Pay Toilet. Railway-approved toilet charge is ₹5, but ₹10 was collected. Even urinal, which should be free, he was charging ₹5. No rate chart displayed and staff argued when asked. 1/2
