@HawS84205963@IreeneAlmayda@brithume Well, it's not cool. What would he say if it was one of his family sent to prison in El Savador when the only crime is his family member had a tattoo that looked like a gang member tattoo, but it wasn't.
@IreeneAlmayda@HawS84205963@brithume Again, you don't know their status. You just spout like a brainwashed maga while they were not given due process to show evidence.
@IreeneAlmayda@BlondieAtlanta@brithume Undocumented immigrants have committed no crime under US law. It would help if you would educate yourself instead of spouting untruths.
@IreeneAlmayda@brithume You don't know that. Many claim otherwise who were deported. That is the whole point of due process, to make that determination " first" it's part of the US Constitution.
@bzn2sfo@cnnbrk Sure, let the world know you support the war invasion of an independent country. Trump is doing everything he can to secure a Trump Tower in Moscow, Putin his Penthouse suite and securing the non release of the Trump pee tape.
@MTrade2021 @WinningCEO So why did he do a loan at 60%. You should read the court file that was provided. These loans were 30 days. Except Lehner never repaid, so the 60% accumulated to substantial amounts. This is all on Lehner, yet he is saying, look at the creditor, not me

@MTrade2021 @WinningCEO All Eric's doing. He created it. From the Court case. Please Read. Eric is no victim. He will block me again.

@3Satter @WinningCEO @MTrade2021 Mr. Lehner blocked me on my first post here. Was quite civil/respectful, but was not on his side. You are absolutely correct & he is wrong on what he considers a "normal" creditor filing a BK application. So many never realize any asset recovery. After all, it's bankruptcy.
@WinningCEO Continued - Typical, point the finger, the message to the other invested creditors, its not my fault, it's the applicant. You own this. You created the situation. If the applicant is not correct in his pleading, then why can't you satisfy him? This did not happen overnight.
@WinningCEO Experienced in bankruptcy matters. No, the applicant likely conducted an examination & concluded there was no chance of recovery, that you are insolvent. The applicant likely wants to put this in the rear view mirror, move on. It was likely the last straw in enforcement.
