Hi there! Quick question for my fellow #Migraine & #ClusterHeadache sufferers, what do you use to help your pain when an attack happens? My dr. just recommended Emgality.. and I’m just not that confident it’ll help considering how unsuccessful Aimovig was😅 #chronicillness

@esheel31 @nobismhealth For sure, I usually use it as a go-to option for when I know it’s severe since I’m still trying different alternatives for a preventative treatment plan👍 but it’s been a big relief in times when you feel close to death bc of your headache pain🙌

My neurologist has recommended Emgality but I too have questions about it.

@esheel31 @nobismhealth Oh gosh, for sure! Something I’ve tried that’s been surprising at how quickly it’s reduces pain is: Migranal (Dihydroergotamine nasal spray)and if you can get a specialty pharmacy and co-pay assistance it’s worth trying especially for #clusterheadaches👍
