Hey @TMobile here's the definition of Doing AI Wrong.

- You tell your customer they can pause their home internet service
- Customer pauses
- Customer turns off Home Internet device for a month
- Then you issue a bill for paused service (with ZERO usage)
- Then you force them to navigate your app (atrocious) and a pathetic AI agent that reminds them of their bill (that is on AUTOPAY)
