@altontowers really disappointed with the sheer number of ride closures today. Rita, Wicker Man, Galactica, Smiler, Curse of Alton Manor been on and off all day. Wasted so much time walking to and queuing for rides that then shut

@KateHadley1@virginmedia I’ve had exactly the same experience. I have never in my life dealt with a company like it. The fact they breach ofcom regulations is unreal. 3 months we’ve been waiting for out broadband to be activated. Waiting in for 9th time for engineer who I don’t think will turn up

@virginmedia over three months of hell and broadband still not activated. 8 engineers plus appointments promised not met. Formal complaints closed without resolution. Call centres useless - don’t event know what deadlock letter is. Ofcom complaint registered

@virginmedia 23rd of August 2023 I signed up for broadband. 6 engineer visits and no broadband installed. Still not connected. Formal complaint unanswered. Just received this message. This has to be a joke?!
