Love at the first bite

This love affair with this place began way back in 1991, long before JP Nagar had flyovers, microbreweries, and people using words like “artisanal sourced.”
Back then, our culinary universe had exactly one other dependable constant: SLV, now renamed SLV RagiGudda. But even with all its credentials, nothing prepared us for the moment SN Refreshments opened its shutters.
Cupid took his apprenticeship at SN. For many of us, it truly was love at first bite. That crunchy gari gari vaDe. Filled with small bits of coconut, a very thin slice of chili once in a while .That chutney. That dippu which could make even a Monday morning feel lively and loved. We surrendered to it. You forgot deadlines, problems, and the fact that we hadn’t done your homework. This could solve world hunger if we let it.
Even today, most weeks feel emotionally incomplete if a bit of this heaven doesn’t enter our bloodstream. Sustenance for the week. It’s like taking your vehicle for servicing, except the vehicle is your soul and the service centre smells of fried happiness. +

Memory is one of the strangest abilities you possess. Your brain uses an incredibly complex biological system to preserve moments from your past that no longer exist, allowing you to revisit experiences from years ago. But memories are not always recordings of reality. In fact, every time a memory comes under the spotlight of your attention, it can melt and change a tiny bit.
What exactly is a memory, how is a moment in time stored inside your brain, and why does remembering something slowly rewrite the story of your life? Watch our full video to find out: https://t.co/ZDVK3DlZ8w
A lovely portrait of Bishan Bedi at Lord's during India's 1974 tour of England (Patrick Eagar). In 67 Tests he took 266 wickets at 28.71, and in all first-class cricket 1560 wickets at 21.69 but those stats only scratch the surface of a remarkable man as well great spin bowler
Rameshbabu Praggnanandhaa is the Champion of Norway Chess 2026! With an incredible win on demand against Vincent Keymer in the final round, Praggnanandhaa wins one of the strongest tournaments of the year scoring 18/30 points, 2 classical wins against World no.1 Magnus Carlsen, and an incredible 4-game Winstreak to finish the event!
A huge congratulations to Praggnanandhaa, his team and his family- this is undoubtedly the biggest achievement of his career so far, and what a way to get there!

Major cheat code in life: Understanding you can reinvent yourself at any time. New habits, new standards, new friend group, new career, etc. There's no rule that says you have to stay the person you've always been. You're allowed to decide... "I'm done being this version of me."
This is glorious. I’ve read it 3 times already and it was only published 71 minutes ago.

Ad agencies have perfected the art of short storytelling. So why aren’t they leading the microdrama wave? This question kept nagging at me, so I tried to find out why that is the case. In today's @Mint_Lounge. Ft. @thesatbir and @ButVai
These 3 videos that took me more than just simple scientific fact checking because of how culture and economics play a big role in how people look at them
