2. Stop confusing God with the people who misrepresented Him.
Jesus never said “clean yourself up before you come to me.” That was religion.

1. Say it out loud:

“That wasn’t love.”
“That hurt me.”
“That didn’t sound like Jesus.”
Naming it is the first step toward healing.

Church hurt is real. But so is healing.

3. You’re allowed to rebuild your faith from scratch.
No guilt. No pressure. No fine print.

The people who preached control instead of compassion?
