Investigation of crime? Investigators must preconceive all things are dishonest in the supposed criminal. Gathering only true facts & circumstantial evidence. Investigators must be bias against the investigated. Courts should decide innocence/guilt.Why condemn true investigators?

Courts & citizens attitude toward a supposed criminal should be,“the accused is innocent until proven guilty.”The Investigators are to suppose guilt until proven innocent. You cannot look for gold believing nothing is there until proven. YOU WOULD NOT DIG FOR THE GOLD. @maddow
