@DrPhil @elonmusk Remove cost of the reqs, not exams. No one goes into teaching for $. In NYS there’s fee for each test & the certs earned by passing. Add on fingerprinting, Masters deg, & required prof. development costs. Not expecting to get a higher salary but remove $ barriers & get more 👩‍🏫🧑‍🏫
