I gave Elon Musk's new Grok Bot my content calendar instead of a to-do list, and in one week I stopped being a creator who does the work and became one who reviews it.

seven bots. one shared machine. nobody edits but me. here's the whole design, save it.

step 1 → 0:00 what one shared computer changes
step 2 → 0:11 spinning up the first bot
step 3 → 2:38 wiring plugins and delegation
step 4 → 4:02 slack + routines
step 5 → 6:15 freezing the workflow into a skill

THE ROSTER:

Anchor, chief of staff. the only bot I dm. I hand it rough ideas, it decomposes them into research, draft, visuals, publish, and posts the shipping list to the group chat every morning. never writes itself.

Radar, discovery. every morning: 20 topics moving in my niche, one line on why each is hot, and a source. flags anything already covered to death. if it can't verify the trend, it says so.

Digger, research. takes a topic and returns a fact sheet. claims with sources, contrarian angles, three quotes I can actually use. one warning at the top for anything it couldn't confirm.

Ink, writing. turns Digger's sheet into a draft in my voice. keeps a swipe file of my last 40 posts and matches rhythm. 900 words max for a post, 60 for a caption. queued in drafts, I approve in bulk.

Studio, visuals. builds thumbnails, headers, and inline graphics. always three options, always named for the angle they push, never the fourth safe one.

Loop, distribution. once I approve, ships to Substack, cross-posts to X and LinkedIn, schedules the follow-up thread for 24h later. never invents a claim I didn't write.

Mirror, analyst. one report a night. what got opened, what got shared, what died, and the single number I should care about tomorrow. no dashboards, no adjectives.

HOW THEY'RE WIRED
one group chat per post, not per bot. Anchor sits in all of them. the bots hand off inside the chat, so I only read the final draft. I never route the work.

two rules that made this actually work:
1. every routine ends with a hard "do not publish without approval" line. autonomy without a fence is chaos on a schedule.
2. show once, don't describe. I ran the full workflow on my screen one time and let them watch. that single demo taught them more than a page of instructions ever could.

WEEK ONE
25 drafts written. 14 shipped. 6 killed on read-through. 44 thumbnails proposed, 15 picked. inbox at zero every morning. one report I forwarded to a client without editing a word.

THE POINT
most people are still treating Grok Bot like a smarter chat window. it isn't. it's the first time one person can own an org chart instead of a to-do list. my bottleneck was never how much I could do, it was how much I could hand off.

Chinese engineers wrote a Claude script that turned 1.18 into 3.3M on Polymarket

Nobody tells you about them and you still think this is a person who places bets manually.

Here I’ll disappoint you this is an automated script written by Chinese engineers.

They called it PHANTOM X

It is fully automated through Claude.

Result:

$1,18 → $3,300,000

I’m copying their trades here because the PRIORITY mode allows reacting to each of their actions as fast as possible, and I haven’t found any bot that can keep up.

How it bots work:

The bot simultaneously tracks thousands of sports markets on Polymarket and Kalshi, finds discrepancies between the platforms, and enters positions faster than any human could physically manage.

Three strategies in one:

-Pairs Trading the bot sees that YES on the Rockets costs $0.62, while NO on the same match is $0.41.

The total = $1.03, not $1.00.

That’s a 3% risk-free profit.

The bot enters automatically within milliseconds.

-Sentiment AI scans Twitter/X and news in real time.

If a team’s coach suddenly gets injured and 50 accounts report it, the bot recalculates the probability within 2 seconds before the market factors it in.

-Calendar + Volatility 15–20 minutes before the game starts, volatility spikes.

The bot takes positions early and closes them after the first major price movement.

Why sports is perfect?

Sports O/U markets on Polymarket have clear paired contracts OVER and UNDER for a single game.

They should total $1.00, but due to different reaction speeds of traders, deviations constantly occur.

This is the most predictable type of arbitrage on the entire platform.

Why a human wouldn’t do this?

A human physically cannot monitor 50+ markets simultaneously, react in milliseconds, stay awake 24/7, avoid emotional responses after a losing streak, and simultaneously calculate Z-scores over 60 bars of data.

THE ONLY THING PRICE DOES:

Price moves from fair value gaps (internal liquidity) to swing highs/lows (external liquidity). Then back. Forever.

That's it. That's the entire market.

- External liquidity = where stops cluster (highs and lows everyone sees)
- Internal liquidity = where orders didn't fill (gaps in price)

Price sweeps external → fills internal → targets opposite external

Every day. Every asset. Every timeframe.

THE ONLY SETUP YOU NEED:

1) Identify a significant high or low on the 4H/Daily
2) Wait for price to SWEEP it (not just touch it — actually take the liquidity)
3) Wait for a fair value gap to form after the sweep
4) Enter when price returns to fill that gap
5) Stop loss below/above the gap
6) Target the opposite liquidity pool (minimum 3R away)

That's the whole strategy. Works on forex. Futures. Crypto. Stocks. Because it's how markets actually function.

THE ONLY RULES THAT MATTER:

- Never risk more than 1-2% per trade
- Never trade without all criteria met
- Never trade when bored/emotional/forcing it
- Never enter without knowing exactly where you're wrong
- Never target less than 2:1 reward to risk

THE ONLY SCHEDULE THAT WORKS:

- Sunday: Mark weekly levels
- Monday-Thursday: Trade 9:30-12:00 AM (or London session if you're up)
- Daily: If no setup by 12 AM, done for the day

THE ONLY METRICS THAT MATTER:

- Expectancy positive? Keep trading.
- Following rules? Keep trading.
- Breaking rules? Stop trading until you fix it.

Win rate doesn't matter if your R:R is right.
Confidence doesn't matter if your execution is wrong.
Motivation doesn't matter if your system is broken.

THE SIMPLE TRUTH:

Trading is simple. Not easy, but simple.

The market shows you exactly what it's going to do. It sweeps liquidity, fills imbalances, targets opposite liquidity. Over and over.

Your job is to wait for that pattern, enter at the right spot, manage risk, and not fuck it up with emotions.

95% of traders lose because they overcomplicate it, overtrade, or can't control themselves.

Be the 5%. It's not about being smarter. It's about being simpler.
