@AmazonHelp Generic email said “we’re sorry it won’t arrive today.” Nothing else. Called customer service and rep was supposed to call carrier and then call me back, which she didn’t. Super frustrated about this.
@AmazonHelp 2. Another issue. I ordered something on June 30 and the only available date to ship was July 5. Emailed and asked for help to expediate so I could get on July 2, and was told they couldn’t do that. 177 billion in revenue and 566,000 employees and you can’t expediate an order?
