[1] Think twice before buying a policy from NivaBupa Health Insurance they are scammers.

[4] Health insurance is supposed to provide peace of mind during a medical emergency—not months of stress, financial burden, and uncertainty. My experience has left me deeply disappointed with the way my claim was handled.

[3]Every single query was answered on time. The treating surgeon and a reputed cardiologist provided detailed medical reports and clarification letters whenever requested. Yet, they made issues in accepting the claim .
In the end, my claim of ₹2,97,294 was marked “Not Payable.”

[2]My cashless claim for an Umbilical Hernia surgery was initially approved. However, when the patient was admitted for surgery, the approval was withdrawn. What followed was over four months of repeated queries, endless follow-ups, and constant requests for additional documents.

I had ordered a ps5 disc from Flipkart 5 days ago which I opened now when I got my ps5 delivered. The cd is used and scratched. I just spoke to Flipkart itself and they are refusing everything not even a replacement.

@flipkartsupport Still no help from your side. You say there was an open box delivery done but your delivery guy only opened the delivery box and not the CD itself. Hope you understand the difference between that.
