Program these exercises into your upper body sessions as a primary accessory exercise or by utilizing the repeated effort method to build serious upper body strength.
The Trap Bar Deadlift…
Weaker stimulus for the posterior chain than a Conventional/Sumo Deadlift.
Weaker Stimulus for the anterior muscles than a Squat.
I want to use exercises that deliver the highest stimulus per rep… we don’t pull on the Trap Bar for that reason.
@NFL_DovKleiman That’s expected from a Marketing perspective. They assume not enough people will cancel to overcome the amount of money they’re bringing in from ads. If not this year then definitely next year when we all forget.
