In anime fan years I'm old. Started at 11 years old in 1996 with bootleg DBZ VHS fansubs. So when I see posts like this it makes me scratch my head if they make statements like this in sincerity. Do they only think DragonBall and The Big 3 existed before 2010?

@RealLifeFakeWiz From the second the trailer dropped I knew this was going to be the case. For some reason the Japanese figured out 30 years ago how to do SF with their animated films. Take it seriously, throw in a bit of humor and respect it.

@AnimeTokki The Japanese entertainment industry has this weird obsession with huge age gaps. It's way less odd if he were married before. If he's never been married then it's more of a head tilt. If I were her parents I would definitely ask.

@HalfTimeHooksTV The fact that the series became about aliens was one problem. The other problem was that they doubled down on younger Neji being right THE WHOLE DAMN TIME when he spoke about fate. Also killing Neji and wasting the Hyuga.
