You even fast-tracked their asylum applications. For Afghans, Eritreans, Libyans, Syrians, Yemenis and the Sudanese. Implementing a 10-page Home Office questionnaire rather than a proper interview.

One of those successful applicants went on to almost behead an innocent man on our streets.

Where was that passion before?
