Had a 45-minute conversation with my 15-year-old son tonight about abortion.
He came in hot with “there should be restrictions.”
So I went hard.
Not to bully him — to build him.
We talked about bias. About whose body we’re actually discussing. About what it means to hold an opinion on something that will never, ever affect your body.
I asked him to look up the stats. Read the actual data. Then come back and finish this sentence:
“I’m a man, and I should have the final say over a woman’s body because…”
He couldn’t finish it.
That’s the point.
He’s 15. He’s allowed to be wrong. What matters is that he’s willing to think — really think — not just echo what he’s heard.
Raising boys who become men who understand bodily autonomy isn’t optional.
It’s the whole job and now I’m tired because he gets these opinions from kids in school. Gawd.
"What radicalized you?"
Watching my female relatives plan, cook, shop, decorate, clean, and organize for the holidays while the men just show up and watch TV the whole time.
Lets say they force trans women into the mens bathroom and trans men into the womens. I'd like to point out that, they are also not solving the problem like this anyways.
Because that same creepy cis man just walks into the same woman's bathroom, doesn't put on a dress, and says, "I'm a transgender man. I have to be in here." And he does the same creepy fucking shit.
This entire bathroom narrative is both fake and also doesn't solve anything even based on the transphobe logic.
Women: I want to go for a run.
Society: You can’t go alone. You’ll get raped.
Women: I want to walk to my car in the parking garage.
Society: Alone? You better get someone to escort you, or you’ll get raped.
Women: I want to live alone.
Society: You need a gun, an alarm system, a dog and probably a gun for the dog too.
Women: What about going to the park?
Society: Dangerous.
Women: Okay, I’ll just go out for a drink then.
Society: Don’t take your eyes off your drink. Watch out for predators spiking your drinks. Stay alert at all times.
Women: I was raped.
Society: Are you sure? That just seems impossible.
AOC: “There’s a certain level of wealth and accumulation that is unearned. You can’t earn a billion dollars. You just can’t earn that. You can get market power, you can break rules, you can abuse labor laws, you can pay people less than what they’re worth, but you can’t earn that”
The only reason women have any rights is because WOMEN got loud and difficult and demanded those rights. The next time a man tells you “men gave you rights” tell him to stfu and read a history book.
So... just so we're clear... you want me to be afraid of trans women in the women's bathroom because they might be cis men pretending so they can assault women and children... and you think this reflects on... trans women... and not on cis men?
Do I have this correct?
This is probably the most common and pervasive way in which little girls are taught to prioritise men and placate them at all costs and little boys are taught that life should revolve around them as adults.
We cannot have sustainable energy because it threatens the oil industry. We cannot have healthcare because it threatens insurance. We cannot have peace because it threatens the weapons industry. Capitalism built a system where doing the right thing is treated like bad business.
When a woman talks about abuse, some men immediately say: "What about false accusations?"
Notice how the empathy first goes to imaginary innocent men and not the real victims? That reflex says a lot.
This lady said,,
My husband and I were at a dinner last night with some close friends and we were discussing feminism and more specifically the “Grape Academy” and the male counterpart said he didn’t align with my statement that all men are dangerous to which my husband promptly and immediately stepped in and said. “We don’t know which shark might bite us if we swim with sharks either. Women know it’s not ALL men. The issue is they don't know WHICH men.”
Men have the same rights no matter where they go in the world. A woman's rights depends on the country she lives in or the religion she follows.

Tolerating racism is racism.
Anything that makes space for white supremacy is racism.
Willful ignorance of racism is racism.
You have a personal responsibility to acknowledge it, confront it, and oppose it. Silence only protects the systems that allow it to continue.
Misogyny should be understood the same way.
Tolerating misogyny is misogyny.
Anything that makes space for the dehumanization and subordination of women is misogyny.
Willful ignorance of misogyny is misogyny.
Yet misogyny is rarely recognized as the systemic oppression that it is. It is minimized, excused, and normalized in ways other forms of oppression would never be tolerated.
Actually children are NOT a legacy. they are HUMAN BEINGS. they are NOT a monument to your ego, a solution to your fear of deaťh, or a way to feel important. turning children into a self-esteem project is deeply selfish and messed up
