# EDCS640H. I love ethnomathematics. Last year I used the paopao as an example of parabolas & took students paddling, Samoan siapo and tatoo to teach transformations, staff using plaiting to teach lin. eqn., & had students translate Star Compass into Samoan. Memorable lessons
